Anne Walters has been practicing massage therapy since 2002. Her technique is a unique combination of her many years of education and experience. Anne's style uses various deep tissue, neuromuscular, and stretching techniques that cater to the invidual needs of her client.
Through her own experience with injury, Anne found relief and strength through Pilates and Yoga. She worked alongside Physical Therapists for much of her career, learning to incorporate her knowlege into a healing modality. If you are looking to stregnthen, gain flexibility, rehabilitate or prevent injury, Anne will create an ideal movement experience for you. Enjoy an individual session or come take one of her classes.
Educating clients on how to move correctly evolved into a passion for teaching and empowering people with the knowledge to help themselves. Anne now teaches courses on the human musculoskeletal system for Yoga Teacher trainings and has developed her own Pilates Mat teacher training course. She also offers workshops on various movement and bodywork topics throughout the year.
