Anne Walters has been practicing massage therapy since 2002. She has trained at The Humanities center in Pinellas Park, Florida, The Swedish Institute in New York City, with various teachers in Chiang Mai Thailand, and with countless teachers in continuing education seminars. Her technique is a unique combination of her many years of education and experience. Anne's style uses various deep tissue, neuromuscular, and stretching techniques that cater to the individual needs of her client. 


Through her own experience with injury, Anne found relief and strength through Pilates and Yoga. She has worked alongside Physical Therapists and Chiropractors for much of her career, learning to incorporate her knowledge of exercise and movement into a healing modality. If you are looking to strengthen, gain flexibility, rehabilitate or prevent injury, Anne will create an ideal movement experience for you. Educating clients on how to move correctly evolved into a passion for teaching and empowering people with the knowledge to help themselves. Anne now teaches courses on the human musculoskeletal system for Yoga Teacher trainings and has developed her own Pilates Mat teacher training course. She also offers workshops on various movement and bodywork topics throughout the year.
