Happy Body Class Descriptions

                                                     All Year Long
Abs Abs
Need I say more? This class only takes 30 minutes, but the results will stay with you for days.

Barre
A fun fast paced workout that focuses on the hips and butt. A portion of the class is done standing at the Ballet Barre, but no dance experience is needed. Just show up wearing comfortable workout clothes, prepare to be barefoot, work your whole body, and have a great time.

Pyro Pilates
PyroPILATES is a low impact training system that combines pilates based deep core strengthening along with cardiovascularly challenging High Intensity Interval Training for an intense, fun workout that increases strength, stamina, flexibility and quality of life. PyroPILATES classes are ideally conducted in a heated room.

Happy Body Pilates

This is an All levels class that takes the basic principles of pilates and slows them way down. This process allows each student to find alignment, get a good workout, and maybe learn a little  something about how their body works.

Happy Booty Dance
A Caribbean inspired, energetic fitness & dance class that focuses on the lower body with the art of booty shaking! Combined with booty shaping & building exercises, it is the perfect combination of fun, strength, & sexiness! Great for any skill level 

Sayonara Saddle Bags (30 Minute Barre)
30 minutes dedicated to the hips, the thighs, and the butt. Its gonna hurt so good!

TRX
There is a Maximum of 4 People in this class so sign up before hand. TRX style training with lots of one on one attention. Focus is strongly on form to create proper movement patterns and get the appropriate muscle groups working.

November- April
PilatesRX

Pilates and TRX unite. These two fitness modalities apply so many of the same principles that it seems they should go together like peas and carrots. Core and strength and a little bit of fun thrown in for the heck of it. 

Straight up Stretch
Have you ever said "Im not flexible enough to do yoga"? This is the class for you. One hour or 30 minutes of glorious stretches from head to toe. Nothing complicated and plenty of props to assist those of us with a flexibility disability.​

Hot Flow
Love yoga? Love to sweat? This class is designed to tone your body and calm your mind. A 60 minute well designed  flow and strength class in a heated room that finishes with a glorious well deserved savasana.

The Feldenkrias Method Of Somatic Movement; Clarity, Ease & Improved Self Use.   Taught By Mara Neimanis
The Feldenkrias Method is based on the principles of physics, biomechanics and an empirical understanding of learning and human development. Class will focus on expanding the self-image through movement sequences on the floor that bring attention and change to the parts of the self that are out of awareness, thereby improving knowledge of habitual patterns and rigidities and expanding knowledge for new ways of moving and thinking. The Feldenkrias Method enables you to include more of yourself in your functioning movements and increase awareness to find full, efficient and comfortable movements for your body and mind.
